Together with the client and the city council we developed the urbanistic concept of a housing area with business and trade spaces on a busy highway to Berlin and controlled the B-Plan procedure as well.
248 apartments, 204 basement garage spaces and a trade and shopping area of 3,000 qm were supported by "the 2.Förderweg" and realised in collaboration with the architects Meier-Hartmann. The protective road construction offers premium and sophisticated housing possibilities for different needs in the green interior zone.
