The master plan for this object contains the complete rehabilitation/modernisation of the former brewery building of 1877 including the expansion of the attic storey in the front building, side and rear wing.
On the side of the street a paned round arch standing on double socket was included for the accentuation of the "Mittelrisalites". The listed building on the rear side was completely cored and transformed into modern office lofts. The reconstruction of the attic storey is based on a socketless construction of glued-laminated girders which developes a self-contained architecture in combination with the historical details.
