The z-formed residential building on the Schneller street has 58 units including a supermarket and is geared to the depth of the  land in the direction to the river Spree. This creates a maximum of spaces for the public park and apartments with East-West-orientation and offers an ideal sun and light conditions.
The two short side pieces of the building make for the composition of the street space and the edge as well along the road as alongside river and strengthen the urbanistic window motif regarding the water.
