The concept for the redevelopment and modernisation of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Str. 9-13 coped with the context and realized a restruction within the building, also a careful supplement of each building parts, a modern use concept and imparted a new active character to the exposed location at the Alexanderplatz. The following arrangements were proposed as follows: Development of the attic storey for the purpose of living, apartments of services on four floors, reconstruction of the facade under consideration of historic details and heightening both of the towers.
