This Hotel is planned as a 6 storey angled building with a stacked storey as an attic. The building expresses itself by its design, two constructions along the road and a connectional corner construction with a large-scale glass front marking clearly the entrance in the hotel and serving as a vertical "subdivision element". The hotel offers 132 twin rooms, whereof 13 rooms are handicapped accessible and barrier-free. On the ground floor there are a restaurant, a breakfast room and secondary rooms next to the reception and the administrative Office.
