In the course of the planned fair extension of the Hamburg fair and Congress, estate parts of the FGH was spatialized for the Hamburg fair in the future. This new organisation of the area causes restructuring within the FGH premises. The intended new building of the hall G as a production hall on the FGH premises was built with a single-storey including a basement. The concept of the building makes a later extension for office utilization possible. The basement of the new building contained parking spaces for 127 cars.
