The block developement was completed by a modern building with restrained design in the historical situation of the city centre and a dialogue between old and new tradition of the construction was arisen. Similar to the existing building structures the new one "interlocks" with a side wing in the deepness of the city block. At this stage and on behalf of the head office of the insurance company Victoria in Brandenburg the existing corner construction was carefully restructured and renovated considering aspects of a historic monument.
