As a prototype of an intelligent and trendsetting leisure, medical and commercial center, in corporation with the investors and the enterprisers for Germany and the European areas we developed a first facility of this kind for the location Jena. On 3 floor levels with a central dome hall there are many different offers, e. g. restaurants, entertainment, dance hall, fitness with sauna and on the upper floor there are offices and spaces for innovative small productions. The semitransparent facade makes controllable light effects possible by the means of background lighting, reflected light and projections.
