The development of the former "Volltuchgelände" became a chance as a new location. A housing area arose in the middle of the city as an expansion of the Nuthe-Aue through the area of a "Magistrale" for the pedestrians between railway station and market place in form of a promenade instead additional motorways through the block. The result is the benefit of a new district. A new median brings a new novel urbanity and town characteristic in the invironment of its historical block structure. It increases the urban value of experience and the identification.
