A concept for a residential area between the listed old Siemens industry constructions and the contiguous area of one family houses was developed for the former casern territory in the South of Berlin. The block structure of the exiting old building substance is assimilate by the new constructions and divided into small residential sections. Promenade and green corridor connect this site with the invironmental park and open space and inner linked open spaces emphasize the character of the residential estate in park-like surroundings.
